E-Commerce Officer

Olympic Air is currently developing new exciting online applications. We are looking for an e-commerce enthusiast to drive and support online projects from the initial idea stage (cost and requirement analysis, etc.) to the final deployment, supported by internal experts from various departments as well as external service providers.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Boost online ticket sales and ancillary revenue
• Analysis and development of new functionalities and features
• Coordination of online marketing activities (SEO, SEM, affiliate sales, newsletter, etc.)
• Actively interfacing with departments like sales, IT, marketing, pricing, CRM, support, etc.
• CMS based website administration, bug reporting, creation of reports and statistics
• Coordination of frontend web-agency and IBE (B2T & B2C) service provider
• Evaluation of potential partners and business opportunities
• Setup and administration of partnerships with online travel agencies
• Website monitoring and ongoing optimisation of frontend and backend processes 

 Qualifications & Skills

• In depth know how of e-commerce business and min. 2 years of working experience
• Strong interest in airline and travel industry
• Highly motivated, flexible, fast learning and strong social skills
• Good command of English, oral and written
• Basic programming experience is an additional asset
